What I have done also is to move some of the old ships to obsolete and that lets me see the newest ship in my fleet, so I have getting these gigantic transport ships, they are called Enhanced something.
I have transported on it over 80 billions of people on it.
Almost at the end of the game after I have research the OverLord technology, you get a new transpotter that allows you to move as many people as you want on it.

I have the same problem about Excalibur, and I cannot even research it either. So we are 2.
After I updated to the last patch I have not have any problem with CTD or invisible ships.
I have finished playing several games via Technological and I havenot seen the Excalibur ship anywhere, I get the superdoopler transporter where I can move a whole entire planet population on it, but not Excalibur, I have played as good as an evil and no Excalibur, where are they? Also I have an event that appears quite often, the one about the allien blood, that appears mentioning an AI when the same AI is already conquered for over 50 turns. Has happened to me already 4 times.

I have the same problem, and I think that everyone else does too, what I do, and I am following the advice given to me by ??? sorry I forgot your name, was to click it once and wait at least 20-40 seconds and it will slowly send it to the Metaverse, what I do before sending is to open the Metaverse and then finish the last screen and hit send, I wait 15-20 seconds and go and check in Metaverse to see if my score change, 99% of the time it has changed, I don't know what is the problem, in version

There is nothing wrong with that, sometimes you want to use you more strong planets for your freight trade, but remember that every time that you go to war with an AI you loose your trade route.

One thing I would like to see would be the possibility of conquering starbases instead of destroying them, using a combat transport, or a special version of it, dedicated to conquer starbases, it is a waste of resources to destroy a starbase when you could conquer it. Also I don't know about this, but when a civilization flips over to you what happens to the starbases?

What you have to do, after you build the transport ship, you click on it, on your lower right corner you will see a small window with an arrow that would allow you how many people you want to put in the transport ship, remember colony ship load civilians and military transport and combat transport load soldiers, when you have moved the arrow to assign how many people you want in your transport ship you will notice right at the top of the sam small window the word "launch" you click on it and you
