Registration in red and info as invalid In Impulse
Never mind, Impulse is still in beta.
OK, i just did it: uninstall IP3 reboot, cleaned up registry/disk of any IconPackager entry, reboot, then install IP4. There's no language file in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager but is still in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\lang. None of the languages files there are the good one even the default.lng, that means Language feature had not been activated and the files have to be updated :HOT:
Idem, sauf que d'après ce qu'à écrit Seabass à ce sujet dans le thread https://forums.wincustomize.com/311958/page/4 :
As for the language that might just be the language pack actually incorrect with the translation. Check the lang file in the main directory and open the French file in a text editor to see if you see anything out of place
et si je comprends bien l'english :p , le fichier langage devrait donc se trouver non pas dans C:\Program Files\Stardock\Obje
How do I temporarily change the colors without creating a duplicate file?
As far as i also exprimented, i just think we can't
As an aside, that is the same as in WB since 6.0.
Yep, perhaps, but we're not talking here about WB but about less features that is now in IP4 than in IP3 ... :(
If you are trying to save the file with the color change on IP4 that will not work.
That's what i'm looking for as it existed with IP3 If it doesn't exist anymore, i think IP4 is a downgrade version (well maybe except for Vista users ...)
The color change is just a saved setting in IP.
Though a specific color setting will be the same for all packages ?? :SURPRISED: That's just ugly (:(
As for the language that might just
neophil - you might be better off starting a new thread about your issues/questions, as they seem to be getting lost among all of the other problems in this "support" thread.
I think i will wait untill all other troubles with IP4 will be solved to get a chance
Is it really here the suppot thread for IP 4 ? Though, for the fourth time here: There was no answer for #30, though i re ask: 1°) How to change language efficiently ? 2°) How to save as a new package after recoloring one, and in the path defined in options (for me: E:\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\Themes WINXP ) XP Home Edition SP3 + IE6 (french)
PS - Ironically, IP itself (and a few other Stardock apps) must be added to the list for their Open/Save dialog icons to be skinned!

Didn't know WB 6.2 was out :SURPRISED:
essentially if it's possible for it to autohide and only appear when I mouse over it
Nope, but exactly the opposite way: you can avtivate an autohide when mouse over it
It was working last night.....but not this morning
There was an update when you was sleeping ...
I bought Liquidox when it was first saled ... (Wednesday, November 15, 2006 ) Don't see it on MyColors :( ... and don't received any email ... ... and same for other suite which seem to be avaible, i already bought ... :(
V 4.00.163 seems to be working here apart Language which is not correctly applied neither than the real path where packages may be defined ... (IP goes correctly to the defined path but when a package is applied it seems to be stored in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Stardock\IconPackager), and still can't find how to save as a new package after recoloring one ... N.B: XP SP3 french
This is a downgrade in my books
+2 karma as well
Frogboy, apart the fact of being yet or not on SDC, (which i consider as a temporarly trouble) what is (more than) hurting me is the giving up of previous possibility as said:
And BTW, still no possibility as previous 3.20.128 to recolor a whole package (which was done by icondeveloper ...) and save the new package ?

You are really annoying long-term users!!
+2 karma
If I were you I would stay on version 3.20!
Oh, i surelly will (and for a long time i think ... :( )
And BTW, still no possibility as previous 3.20.128 to recolor a whole package (which was done by icondeveloper ...) and save the new package ? Sure it's a great improvment for the new version (:(
Still 3.20.163 avaible on SDC :NOTSURE:
