I don't think you can password protect it. In the OD properties you can save your theme. If you lose your configuration you just load it back up.

How surprising coming from the bbc. Great points there lantec. I bet most of these "countries" that were polled, have more serious issues then worrying about the President of the U.S. Most people around the world are misinformed. I have read the foreign papers and their bias is so extreme, it's almost sad.

You need to download the program CursorXP first. Link You can then place your .curxptheme in the themes folder, or just double-click it. You should be all set then.
