I can really recommend just to try it for yourself. It's free, if you don't like it you can just uninstall it. I do recommend it though. Also, Thunderbird is a great e-mail client.

I just use the deform tool on whatever object I want to rotate. It takes a little more time, but it gets it done.
This is my tabbed dock at the top of the screen. This is a zoomer dock at the left of my screen. I'm using the iTunes plugin to see the album art.
I just uploaded a new DesktopX object and it went through with no problems.
I will have to try hoversnap out.
I just use "print screen" and paste into PSP 8. Never had a problem with that.
Is this is stand alone download, or do you have to have things like windowblinds installed?
