Welcome back our respected ex-leader who got this ball rolling in the first place. :) I think I disagree with that suffering part though because we are having great fun watching our enemies submit before our might while we continue to climb to take our place as the leading empire. That is only a matter of short time. Beware all enemies of the Alliance, we will conquer you too.

After playing some game for a while agains the AI you can almost guess what it is going to do next (well, depends on game of course). Against real human player there is the element of surprise as you can never surely know what he will try next (even if you have played many games against him).

I have played SEIII for years and have tried the SEIV demo for a few times. I liked the SEIII more of those two but that's another story. It's not easy to compare them to GalCiv since they are very different than GalCiv. I like to play both of them and can't really say which one is better but I can say that both are excellent .
