I found out that if you log in first in the Metaverse before you start a game, you can submit the game, but I am getting an error 7 and it is not letting me submit the game, any ideas what is "error 7"?

You are talking about the events that happens like + or - on events when you colonize? I have seen the events, but no one gives you a particular technology only + or - in pop growth. ship, planet quality and research . I was thinking more in the order of specific types of technologies or extra cash, etc

Just a question or maybe a sugestion, can you implement maybe in future expansion packs? a reward bonus when you colonize planets, such as finding maybe an old spaceship with technology or ruins of ancient setlements with ancient technology or technology from the other different races, maybe ruins from an ancient dregin colony or the remains of a torian freighter, or a crashed altarian fighter, sort of making the game a little bit more intriguing? The Minor races don't have face yet. You cannot contact the Minor races thru the main diplomatic screen, you must click their planets if you want to talk to them The governor is not working when related to shifting the construction of different ships in the main governor screen. The only thing I have seen so far, if I buy a wonder like Frictionless Clothing and right after I bought the wonder, I go to the spaceport of that same planet, the image of the wonder informing the world that I built it, will impose itself upon the spaceport screen as a gosthly image until you acknowledge, and then disappear after you acknowledge it.

They could have some special techs such as behive manipulation for Population control (create a galactic wonder that helps your civ to avoid cultural flipping) it is an example.

Or maybe having attackers bays, or long range ships bay etc. You could transform your starbase in a military outpost and launch your ships from there, where the ships could be build or repair or troops could be accumulated there.

I think that the solution would be to have different tech trees for each race or for some of the races, or maybe some techs for particular types of races. Instead of frictioneless clothes for thalan, maybe Hive Mastership or some wierd tech that would be the equivalent of frictionless clothing.

I remember in GalCiv 1 that in the mod sections we had several women portrayed as mods, where they took roles of governor, etc. In this game it could also be done, I played MOO3 and I didn't see any woman there, but I think it is because all the alliens looked like goo.
