Hi. a) yes, i have restarted the notebook after removing question mark b) remember this happens also in my 2nd PC, wich don't have any question mark software c) have you tried to put on your pc the task bar on the left? d) For me, this happens with all skins e) I think it isn't that the whole thing is pushed down.... i thing the "show desktop" bar is being extended up... please se the mouse over on the following image:  
Hi, I have purged and reinstalled and problem persist. The blue icon is HP's support app.... I have uninstalled that app, and the problem persists. Anyware on the skin that I can edit that margin?

I'm going to help here: I have the same problem, clock is cut by skin. Have tried many skins. Also enabling/disabling notification icon does not help. I tried to edit some skins, but the problem persists.
