Reply to getting pretty upset.. puchased OD and WinCustomize subscription still can't download because of a download limit in Object Desktop WinCustomize Forums

1. Make sure you log into the site with the same email/ussername and password you used to purchase OD. 2. Clear old cookies and history and restart your browser. Sometimes the old cookies (the ones that say you're a visitor) don't get overwritten. If you used a debit card it's possible that a hold was placed on the purchase until it clears the bank on Monday.

Since it's carried over to a new PC AND there doesn't seem to be anyone else seeing this problem......I'd say you have a conflict with some other software (or possibly hardware) that you used on both systems. Do you have anything (non-stardock) that you would call customization software? What other non-windows processes are running normally?

Of all those I only use Xmarks and it's normally disabled unless I want to sync Chrome to match FF. The articles is about start-up time too and I rarely shut my browser down. I would be more interested in seeing what the drag is under normal operation.

If you're in a different Country it makes the debit transaction a slower form of payment than a credit card. Likely your Bank is the holdup, waiting to verify that Stardock is a real Company.

You need it to access the software. Once installed, enter your email/password used for purchase and then check the Games tab.

I've noticed something and reproduced it on my desktop and laptop but it's not consistent and I can't figure out what the trigger is...... Using Aero and setting the skin to match and having it on autohide, I sometimes lose the Systray button if I uncheck autohide. In the case of my laptop it completely disappears and on my desktop I can see it behind the shortcut icons on the bottom. There actually are a couple dual screen walls in the library but there's not much in the way of uploads in that category. I've managed a pretty decent collection....I just checked and I have 237 at 3200x1200 and about 2 dozen more other dual screen resolutions.
