http://www.tsoftcentral.com/tools/index.html This is how you do it, it has 4 tiny little programs about 7k (mega small) that work just by clicking on them, if you link an icon in object dock to them it will run the desired app. 2 of these 4 are start and shutdown, so that should take care of you

Same here, I don't think I'd say one is better than the other, but I wouldn't want windows on my mac, and I wouldn't want OSX panther or any other on my PC. But I'm giddy as all hell that I have iTunes on both now lol.

When speaking of bitmaps, it doesn't mean file extension .bmp, it means bitmap image. There are 2 types of image files, vector and bitmap, bitmap is also known as a raster image. Vector is basically a file of mathematical points and lines infinetly scaleable and super low in file size. I put for the most part all of the downloaded ones in that folder, but I admit I have a folder for Jairo's Icons too lol I also put a folder of the Icons I made. But for the most part I have it down to 4 folders, the standard "crystalized" "jairo" "wincustomize" and "horiz0n", it's up to you how to do it, but I think 1 maybe 2 folders should be fine. btw if your looking for a way to put the "start" "run" "search" and "shutdown/restart/standby" links into object dock go to this site <br

Go to my computer/ C:/ Program files/ Stardock/ Object dock. Here is where you see all you need. For backgrounds downloaded backgrounds unzip the folder, and put the folder itself into the backgrounds folder in object dock. For icons what I did was made a new folder in Object dock called Wincustomize, this is where I put all the icons I get from here. Make sure you take out the actual image file ".png" and put these in there. Most other features like the "kk menu" pu

Here's mine this year, picture was taken at school. This costume taught me 2 things, that a lot of people need to get out more if they didn't know who I was, and that if I can't dance with normal clothes on, I have no shot in this thing.

If it's just a trial then you can get those at the homepage of the developers. (ie if you want a trial of 3ds max you go to discreet's site, not kazaa, we all know what file sharing programs are for ) No one uses kazaa or limewire to get trials. If that is what you really meant, maybe you should have considered saying so...and your not exiled anyway.

Windows comes with that cursor, I guess you would call it a stock curser, just go to your control panel, select mouse, then pointers, you will see in the list of availible cursors one says "windows inverted"

you might try putting the shortcut to object dock in your startup folder for individual accounts, instead of the all users folder. not sure if that'll do it or not.

With everything I've dealt with my professional and personal opinion would be adobe anything is better than corel everything. And elements is just the lower end version of photoshop, elements replaced photoshop LE a while back as I believe it was called.
