logon studio in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I'm trying to make a full screen logon, no top and bottom bar/spaces. I selected all the options to do that but when I test it I have a white bar across the bottom of the screen and my picture is squished into the top 2/3rds of the screen, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
