Oh by the way it might be worth noting that your ODBC in Win ME is located under control panel. From there you can add data sources. In 2k and XP it is located under administrative Tools.

ODBC is a programing interface that allows applications to access data in database management systems that use SQL as a data access standard. *Microsoft* so most likely what has happened is recently you installed a program and it messed up somewhere along the way. Try and think about what you installed recently right b4 this began to occure. Uninstall and reinstall the program very often will correct these errors. Basically a program is searching for its database info and ODBC can n
Mailwasher works indepently. So you can leave it running in the try. have a look when it says u have mail. Bounce, delete black list etc. Then run what ever mail client you like.
what fuzzy said. mailwasher Pro for me. Takes work on your part. Run mailwasher first bounce back the junk then run your mail client for the real stuff.
What MadIce said this is very common and there is a good chance this is the same person.
You know I have to give support to users that double click on links thanks to Gates.... grrrr Why does it open so many windows??? grrrrr

Yes Paxx you are correct as long as the folder options are like stated above... now that your in dos can you CD to the alt + 0160 directory under xp? In all 9x and NT4 I can CD under a command prompt but not under xp [Message Edited]
Çërêb®øJÐ you are indeed correct if you change the folder view options to not underline until you point at it, then the folder appears to have no name.
Koasati alt + 0160 works in XP however you can see an underscore. _ only its shorter then a regular underscore. IPlural I can confirm that you can leave a folder name blank on NT4.
I can confirm like you. XP can not do it... also I can not do it on 2K. I could try on 4.0 tomorrow at work.
yeah indeed it is neat. I do not know of a method under the NT family of OS's.
I found it a bit confusing... the thread title asks about a file. The question asks of a folder.
Go to MS DOS Prompt and type MD name Alt+255 By holding down the Alt key while typing 255 (numeric pad only) you will create an character that looks like an empty space. That means, your filename must not be more than 7 characters since Alt+255 already took up one. The next time anybody types the DIR command, they can see the directory but to access it, you must type Alt+255 behind the filename. Without that, you will get an error message. Grayhaze you are correct in your belief. You can never be wrong in deciding what to do with your own creations. I am not in a position to suggest your wrong. After all those skins were not created by me. I just think his explanation was reasonable and genuine, and I believe if any of my designs were there I would give him permission. <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd
I believe this to be genuine... I also do not think it to be abnormal to create the ports before asking permission. I always provide a screen shot of ports that I request permission for. I think he deserves a chance to show some awesome looking skins with his new utility.
I think this is what your looking for. http://www.omegaone.com/PocketPC/BatteryPack.html Battery Pack is a today screen plug in. The preview image for ChromePDA skin is using a beta version of Dashboard 2.0 and it is capable of displaying multiple plug ins. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/
ahh haa... here it is. http://www.elmwoodedge.com/teknokatz/tables/game/play01.htm they have a downloadable version but it runs in a flash viewer exe. I would instead go to the page then empty your cache... start the game after it loads copy the pacman.swf to some where else. its only 63k For pics of Pac try namco.com after all they invented the guy. <A HREF="https://www.wincu
I have a Flash version of Pacman... I saved the flash from my IE cache... so I have to try and recall where it is I got it from. I'll get back to you and maybe you can get permission if you plan to distribute the theme.
Some ppl will think the preview image is the wallpaper... at first glance I thought whats with all the text... of coarse I do believe most will realize thats not the case. [Message Edited]
If yrag's suggestion do not help you reinstall microshafts VM http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html MS does not support new installs of VM. thankfully there are plenty of third parties willing too help out in the java arena.
