Huh?.... Lemme get this straight.. You downloaded WindowBlinds, then proceeded to download a bunch of skins, then you reformatted [wiped the drive entirely] and started over and you're wondering where the downloaded WB skins went? umm.. .. Gone. Did you make back-up CD's? You can "keep" the skins as long as you wish. Not sure if I understand the question so if my answer is off, I apologize. :o

No cell phone here.
