What exactly is a handle? What does it do? I'm using 23,000+ handles and ObjectDock is using over 15,000 of those! Yikes! When I restarted it, it was only using 150. -- B

I don't neccisarily see it that way Theo. True, the USA was founded on Christian beliefs, but we are also about freedom of choice. Not everyone in America is aligned with a Christian religion. In that respect, why should the word of God be included in everything in *MY* life? I don't believe in God, or the afterlife or anything of that nature. Nobody is taking away from the word of God by excluding worship from public schools or removing the words

Meh, I thought the United States was all about personal choice? I couldn't care less whether PepsiCo was run by people who believe in God or not. I just like their product. And we really can't control the "In God We Trust" aspect about our money. It's not like the Christian politicians of our nation would stand for something as blasphemous as removing these four sacred words from our currency. Just a thought. -- B</font

1. Problem is, a lot of people don't really care. 2. Jackie Chan is the shit! You gotta have respect for an actor that does all his own stunts. 3. For those about to rock, we salute you! 4/5. Retro 70's. mmmmm. just leave out the olive green shag carpet, mmm'kay? 6. Laundry never ends. Laundry and dishes are possibly the two greatest evils on the planet.

Mr_Frog is just a variation on a nick name that was given to me when I was about three years old. There's an old show called "The Little Rascals". You know, Buckwheat et al. Well, I used to look exactly like Froggie on that show. The nickname stuck, although few people call me Frog in real-life (some still do to get my attention when I'm not listening). I've grown older now, so I felt that I needed to be a Mr. -- B

In other words, you make O'Reilly's point for him because you're reflexively anti-American. And you're doing a pretty good job of Canada-bashing there, Brad. I don't see how his retort to your comment was reflexively Anti-American. With comments like these from armchair generals such as yourself...<

Hah, and the car! That's called the Escort here in the states. My wife drives a 4-door hatchback version of it. The 1.9 in it wheezes like an asthmatic. I'm hoping that yours is a bit more performance-minded than my old lady's. -- B

Happy Birthday to you... you live in a zoo... you look like a monkey... and you smell like one too! You ever make it to the states, I'll give you a knuckle noogie for your birthday. Long live Tauruses! -- B

Wow, I see a lot of Canada bashing here by my fellow Americans. It's really sad because I think it's opinions like these that cause the rest of the world to percieve us as warmongers. Ian, good for you for standing up for your country. I think a lot of American people are very snobbish about our military staus in the world because it is so overpowering, and because we think that we should be the police of the world. -- B

You tell me if it is the same as having a knife held to your throat Didn't I ask to separate any other forms of physical malice from the actual crime of rape itself? A thief on the street can hold a knife to my throat and threaten to kill me for my empty wallet. That's not the same as him raping me.

What? Both rape and false accusations (of any crime) are a shitty deal, so don't get up on the soapbox and say that a man accused but not convicted of rape is going to get off scot free. The woman may be looked at as a slut, but men will still sleep with her, and she still may come out as a martyr. The man will generally be labeled as a pervert and/or sexu

We certainly cannot appoint Americans for these positions. In this case, as pseudosoldier pointed out, it is probably better to put the "less evil" military people in charge, considering their background checks. It's kind of like voting for the lesser of two evils for a public office here in the states. -- B

Your shade has been banished to... the Sixth Level of Hell - The City of Dis! Sixth Level of Hell - The City of Dis You approach Satan's wretched city where you behold a wide plain surrounded by iron walls. Before you are fields full of distress and torment terrible. Burning tombs are littered about the landscape. Inside these flaming sepulchers suffer the heretics, failing to believe in God and the afterlife, who make themse

Marvin is just a trolling sod. I'd recommend taking any comment he makes with a large boulder of salt. He seems to have no ability to be subjective about a topic. -- B

I have a gay friend in his 40's who has been HIV positive for over 15 years (might be closer to 20). He has to take more drugs than a pharmacy to keep on top of his condition, but recently he has been diagnosed with lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes). This in itself isn't neccesarily fatal because a.) lymphoma is one of the most treatable forms of cancer and, b.) if you catch it early enough, it can be completely eliminated. <B
