Other than economic sanctions there is no opposition to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and Russia is a big enough country to survive those economic restrictions
It is hard to say at this point. I can confirm that right clicking on the start button does cause the explorer to freeze / restart on this build.
The new DEV build. I will give that a test myself and see if I can reproduce what you are saying. The release note states that auto hide for the taskbar has been implemented. I suspect if there is an issue it will be based on that new feature.
This is a feature that will be available in the next update. It will be released first as a Beta so stay tuned for more information on this in the future.

Not yet. But there may be an update in the future that does incorporate a 64 bit version.
I am surprised you got it working as long as you did. To be specific, the taskbar issue started during the last Windows 11 update. Microsoft made a few updates to the taskbar that has created ongoing compatibility issues when the start 11 menu is located at the top. I believe auto hide will just need to be turned off if you have the taskbar located on the top
Which menu items are you trying to restore?

Even read an article about MS taking on new staff to facilitate this. Glad i was not the only one to read these Wi

It is definitely a scary situation and sets a dangerous precedent that countries can just invade and take territory. I don't think that is something we can tolerate and the right thing to do would be to help Ukraine defend and keep its territory. Bringing up the China and Taiwan issue does illustrate how ugly things could potentially get and also further illustrates why we can not afford to let Russia chip away at Ukraine the way it is attempting to do so. I do understand your fear.</
The Copper build has long been planned to begin development in March and enter the DEV channel. This is when Sun Valley 2 has been scheduled to leave the DEV channel and move to the Beta channel. I am pretty sure this is what is being reported. They are likely ideas for next years annual release. But I could always be wrong
Actually Sun Valley 2 is not Windows 12. It is rather just Windows 11's big annual update. I think this confused some German site which is reporting it as Windows 12 since it is a big update. After Sun Valley 2 leaves the DEV channel Microsoft will then begin

When is this version estimated to come out? Thank you.
All indications seem to show that never combined taskbar buttons are indeed included. It also seems that it is on the home stretch of its beta release.
From what I have read. Windowblinds 11 is on the schedule of programs that will soon be under development, but Curtains has trickier issues to fix and is more of a hopeful that has not been decided one way or the other as of now.

It is older, a zenbook flip with an 8th gen i7 but it was able to get Windows 11 on it no problem. The Zen Books always felt a bit ahead of their time but now it feels perfect with Windows 11 on it. Everyone always talks about Dell or HP, but Asus also makes really good laptops as well. A good choice imo.

Based on what I have read about the Sun Valley 2 release schedule there should be new Dev build released every Wednesday (correct me if I am wrong) until this Windows 11 build becomes stable enough for the Beta channel. If you happen to be using the Dev Channel I would definitely be reporting issues directly to Microsoft.
Acematrix, I am glad that our discussion here has helped others. I know the discussions have taught me some things as well, there are a lot of like minded people. I always appreciate hearing about other people's findings so I know what is working and what isn't.
Thanks Basj. I missed that part.. we are all here to help [e digicons][/e]
From what I have seen in the comments here, is that there has been priority in getting multiple screen functioning in many apps here. In regards to Fences, I believe that there is a new release over what you are using in Fences 4 that should have improvements over your last used version. My personal recommendation would be to download the Fences 4 free 30 day trial and see if you get into it. If you find yourself liking it, then perhaps a renewal would be worth it.
Ron, I can not say I can fully answer why the weather app is not working but thought I would share my experience with build 257. I found the build to be both an amazing build with a lot of good improvements and also very delicate and easy to break. In fact, with my experience I actually had several programs which previously worked that stop working altogether. I also had several ui elements in explorer and other areas quit working randomly and had to be restarted. I do know th

Purchase Object Desktop. Then you can have a bundle deal with several different programs. Other then that, there is not a current promo available.
