No. 75, such is true but only for personal use . You cannot take someone else's theme change it and then distribute it under your name as if you created it, unless ofcourse you have permission to do so. Otherwise it is considered ripping.

Oh...well, if you can find a window with the help button (next to min/max), when you click that it will give you the help cursor. I don't know of any off-hand...but I'm sure one of the system utilties with windows will have it. I'll keep an eye out for you though...

You can view cursors in the CursorXP configuration box. Just click on the help cursor and you will get an animated preview of it in the upper-right hand corner.
