Aqua, you have a noble idea, but it wouldn't work out for the skinners. Part of the 'premium suite' schtick is that it's 'premium' and therefor, more desirable than say...a free skin. c242 and goodmorphing both got emails about 'send me that suite please?', if it were only $1, everybody and their momma would have it. It would take away the prestige of owning a premium suite. Just my opinion...

I recently bought PixOS, I friggin' love it! I looked at every premium suite available extensively, none of them seemed 'gaudy' except for that Cardz skin in the Carbonix pack. Also, when you got the same people who make the 'premium' suites also making 'free' suites, you tend to have a double-standard. Why buy PixOS when XP Corona is free? Yea, that does sound right. I just read up an article on Encarta explaining this. I didn't think about whether there was recklessness involved. Example is someone running through a redlight and get's hit by a car, it's actually a lesser charge of misdemeanor manslaughter. (I feel that spell-check icon creeping ) My original point was that it's involuntary manslaughter no matter which way you look at it.

Ok, here''s the story. I had an argument with my sister about whether or not you can go to jail for an ''accident''. Involuntary manslaughter. So she said if she were a judge she would not send someone to jail for involuntary manslaughter ONLY IF it were an accident with multiple witnesses. kevrast, to answer your question, I'm a star-wars fan of sorts...I watched all the movies once, thats about it though. A tastefully done Star-Wars theme would be cool. Secondly, as long as you create all your own graphics, I doubt the admins will pull it down, unless your theme uses copyrighted images, but if you created your own, you wouldn't have to worry bout that, right? WC Website annoyance!! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I got a wierd problem with the WC website that I can't seem to solve. Everytime I try change my desktop pic under Edit Account, I get a 500 error. I can try over and over, and will still get the 500 error. So when I go back and refresh the page I find that the picture itself gets uploaded but it does not save the title. I tried cleaning out my cache, deleting cookies...even tried from another computer, still the same problem. Is this happening to everyone or does WC hate me? <img src="http

So I finally broke down and bought PixOS. It was a very hard decision to make, all the premium stuff is just that, premium. MikeB was right, you can't beat Mormegil's icons. /me feels special cuz he has a premium suite...nah nah nah nah nah!

Is it possible to call upon scripts with those buttons Grayhaze? If so, you could write simple VBS scripts to get the registry setting and then launch application. Not sure if WB would allow such a thing though...

The only thing I would use in the suite pack are the Icons, WB skin and wallpaper, I dont really use any other programs, so to me its a waste but I dont care, if I do buy a suite, I'll be buying it mainly for the WB Skin and Icons. Thats why I put the carbonix pack in the list. Thanks for your input Chris.

Grayhaze, I'm not sure what programs you used, but if it's common items such as media player, notepad, etc., you can pull up registry info for locations rather than hard-coding the paths. If you still have to hard-code paths, you can use the %SystemRoot% command to make sure you atleast have the right drive. I'm sure you already know this though...
