another popup stoping program also stops the popups. I didn't even know that google started putting pop ups because i use firebird which has built in popup blocking. It is a shame that they would do that to such a wonderful page.

ObjectBar in taskbar in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I love objectbar but whenever i run it seems to show up on the taskbar, also the running programs. Is there anyway to minimize it to the system tray. The bar i use is a modified macosx bar. I remember seeing a flash dock somewhere that was supposed to work like od, but I never downloaded it and tried it. I suppose something like that would work for what your talking about.

well i wouldn't pay for the stuff you didn't so i probably round it off at an even 1000. used computers are worth far less to the seller because the computer market allows a person to buy a new computer with around the same specs as the used for usually a marginal amount. I'd look on dell for a 8200 with the same specs if possible then probably offer 3/4 to 7/8 of the price, otherwise he could buy a new computer, which is always the better option(besides building it).

I tried thunderbird once, but alas my trusty outlook is the better. It seems that thunderbird can't connect to a webmail smtp server. Anyway there is really no point is using thunderbird when you already got outlook with office xp. Well for mozilla firebird is better then ie, imho

i'd probably pay about 750 for the computer without the software. i got a new inspiron 5100 with 2.4 ghz p4, 512megs mem, 32mb ati radeon mobile, xp pro, 15.4" display, 40 gig harddrive, and the 24 cd-rw/dvd combo drive with a printer/scanner all in one for about 1200-1300. Of course 8200 are worth more than a 5100, and i had a college discount. [Message Edited]

i like the extra tabrowser extensions, the ieview plugin, and the smooth scrolling plugin. Also the mouse guestures is great if you don't have another program doing the same for the whole system.

i think that apple might even have a better case by the use of their icons in the system files. And apple is a stickler about their copyrights. They made y'zdock illegal becuase it was to much like their own dock. Perhaps it would be best if this thread kindof disappeared.
