I successfully downloaded the main game and the multimedia files but when I try to get the movie files or the tutorial files it downloads, extracts, starts installing, stops at around 40% and then repeats the process. This goes on for hours if I let it and it never finishes. I purchased the download only game and was able to download the main game as well as the multimedia files but not the movies or tutorials. The game does work but I want the movies and tutorials as well. Whenever I try to download the tutorials or the movies it downloads, extracts, and then starts installing. It never finishes installing, typically getting to around 40% or so, then it stops, extracts the files again, starts installing again, etc. Th

I bought the download only version and the main game downloaded fine but when I try to download the tutorials, movies, or multimedia they download, extract files, get part way through installing, then extract again, get part way through installing, then extract again, etc... ad infinitum.
