Which version free/paid? Which build? I use the total exclusion in user overrides (paid ver 4.51.047). It works for me. Just make sure you add each .exe you don't want skinned. If you don't want anything skinned when you start up, set WB to the windows default skin.

If I'm not mistaken, as a general rule: no answer means no permission. There are exceptions, but you'll need to ask an admin. On the skin, pretty nice. I would like it better if the corners in the Start Panel flowed together (top, sides, bottom). Not a criticism, just a critique.

no pic are you using window blinds? somethings have issue with it try excluding it in 'per applications' when in 'configure'. click add then browse to the exe - try it making sure the only thing checked is don't skin this.

WEIRD it worked for me - you didn't extract or open it first did you? I downloaded it, explored, went back out, changed the .zip to .logonxp and right clicked - open with then i right clicked on a different .zip file and saw logonstudio was in the options to open with also. forgot the the extensions used here are basically zips also.
