You may be suffering from Bootskin. Search the forums (panel on left) for Bootskin - you will find some related issues.

Bichur, did you roll back to a previous version, then update or are you running the same build after using the restore shortcut? I stayed at the same version when I used the restore shortcut in the folder.

Found it! Right click tray icon, choose Welcome. Right click on Welcome window, choose properties, then general settings. Doesn't even have to be an Fkey.

There seems to be a few items not working correctly. I have no trouble with MISC but Skins and Themes get errors, then SDC get an error and send a report when you close it (after checking themes).
