There's a whole bunch of folks working behind the scenes ...eyes propped open with matchsticks and chained to their chairs ...did I say chairs? ...I mean concrete bollards ...intraveinously hooked up to a coffee machine, electrodes connected to places you don't wanna know ....so that they get zapped if they miss anything, an.... ....oh, ...wait ...that's MY office!

I use Fairyy's method too ...just one extra step though ..I like uniformity of filetypes on my docks [yeah, I'm a bit weird ] ...so I convert to .png just before using on the dock. It's a reasonably quick method once you've done it a few times.
