Are you getting an error message of sorts? I will not be able to help you, but the more information you post here regarding the problem, the easier it will be to assist in a solution.

I like this, gothic impulse. I guess this is gonna turn into a remedies thing.... If you eat a fair amount of garlic and/or ginger (these can be tablet form... follow the recommendations on how many you can take a day), these are blood purifiers and will clear your system in no time at all. Ok... just a thought... you are using windowblinds, and not theme manager, aren't you?
Save the file to your desktop, if you did'nt already... easier to find that way. (Thanks CJD )
Try this... With windowblinds program open, click on install skin from disk. When the new dialog box opens, navigate to where you saved the smiley WB file, highlight the file, click ok. It will then load into the windowblinds program... hit apply, and you should be ok. If that does not work, try re-downloading the smiley WB file, and re-do what I said above. If that fails, then just wait and someone more experienced than me should be able to shed some light. Good
