I understand were you are coming from. My first child is nine month old now and everyday is a joy and something new. He is going to start walking any day now and he just cut his first tooth. He got so long to go before he will be off on his own but it seems time is just flying by. I just try to hold every day dear.

That seems to be the question they are trying to answer here at work. They are moving a new department on to my floor at work so we are having to rearrange ourselves into a more limited space. Here I sit at work watching the clock hoping through force of will to make it go faster. This is is how most of my days at work are. I work for a fortune 500 company which is great, unfortunatly I work for a department that is losing contracts so we keep down sizing. The thing that upsets me the most about losing the contracts is that it has nothing to with anybody that really works on the projects. Perhaps we even do to good a job so that not as many people are needed. If this wasn't bad enough
Every day is a new adventure with my now nine month old. He is on the verge of walking. I expect for him to step away from the couch or table that he is holding onto and walk to me or my wife. I hope that I'm there to see him take his first steps. Even if I'm not though he brings a smile to my face every time I walk through the door. I'm starting this blog for several reasons. I need a place to put my thoughts and opinions also I'm hoping to open a window into the being that is me. I am also interested in desktop customization and hope to start creating some art of my own but with a nine month old I'm not sure when I'll have time. Never the less I'll be trying.
