If Bush is judged by his speaking ability vs Kerry, he will always seem to fall short, because speaking simply isn't his forte. Public speaking is the arena of big-talking high-money lawyers who have to talk big to get a bigger verdict. It's no wonder that Bush is outclassed. Thankfully, Bush wasn't elected for his speaking abilities, and I think the fact that he really didn't do all that bad will just make it an easier election to win.
