No matter what your political beliefs the only thing to fear from third (or even fourth) party building is loss of power, and fearing loss of power is never the right way to run anything. I've heard, many times, that Bing abused his wife. Doesn't mean he wasn't a damn fine singer/artist though...maybe unfortunately? Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy were lovers for most of their lives, up until Tracy's death. Tracy was married, however, and Catholic so he never divorced his wife. I agree with you it's a big of a quagmire. When I was a kid I inisted on referring to "United Statesans" because I thought just saying "American" was egregious, and a bit arrogant. I gave up the habit, however, because it sounded ridiculous and nobody got what I was saying. I think that's the ultimate answer. Thanks Muggaz. I love you. But you're right, ShadowWar, it was an incendiary comment, and meant to point out what seems to me to be bigotry. I've never head anybody question the validity of a hostage before now and these guys have been beheading civilians and soldiers alike for months. It smacks of racism to question this man's loyalty or patriotism based almost solely on his being of middle eastern descent.
