If any of you reporting the issue put your PC in a cleanboot state: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1334935592/Start11+Clean+Boot And as directed in it, while under a new (temporary) Windows Admin ( Ensuring that you all have version 2.07 installed is also crucial. Adam McGuinness Stardo
Hi JamesSomething, Looking over this thread, did you do the CleanBoot that basj recommended? https://forums.stardock.com/485903/windowfx-support-faq#CleanBoot Please confirm if you've done this, and if it resolves this. Thanks. Adam McGuinness Stardock Customer Support Specialist

Hi mikeblas, We've noted the duplicates on the order page and receipt to look into. Internal Ref: ODNT-8190 To answer your question as for the differences in the setup file names, there is no difference in the installers. They'll both give you the same SpaceMonger.exe file for your product. Thanks for the feedback, Adam McGuinness Stardock Customer Support Specialist
My mikeblas, I've had the chance to look into this and note what's happening here. It has been logged internally. Internal ref: ODNT-8186 Thank you much for your feedback, it is appreciated. Adam McGuinness Stardock Customer Support Specialist

Hi mikeblas,
Looks like the involved files are Windows AppStore reparse points . When SpaceMonger can't handle them, it gets blown out of the water and any hope of a meaningful space usage summary is lost. How can I open a support ticket about this? This bug makes the product unusable.
I'
Intermittently, Multiplicity cannot find any of my other PCS. I have had this issue on and off and the only thing that fixes this seems to be a fresh install. All of my 6 PCs are on private networks, all of my passwords match, I have rebooted all machines in various order, all of the IP addresses match, firewall is set to allow the program, and all pcs have the latest version of the software. I just had this working on all 6 yesterday and today, w

Hello, I haven't been able to reproduce this either. Not on the Windows 11 system itself, nor in Sandbox. Something could be fundamentally different about my display (1920 x 1200 is my maximum resolution, for example). That being said, the closest I've been able to get to this happening on my end is by taking an automatic layout provided by Fences, moving it elsewhere, and then changing these outlined settings: <a title="https://cdn.stardock.us/suppo

Hi Jlexandess, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with IconPackager. However, it looks like your issue is different than the original post here. Please check these guidelines for creating your own thread so that we can try to help you there: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1387003955/Contacting+Stardock+About+IconPackager+Issues
Hi MickLimprecht, I would suspect that you don't see this issue with the majority of the skins that are included in the base install of WindowBlinds. If so, and you can reproduce the issue with any of those skins, can you tell me which ones? Conversely, if it is a skin from WinCustomize, it very likely could be that the skin needs an update, and it would be prudent to contact the author of it. Hi viniciusclt, We don't show that you purchased Groupy (any version) under the account you posted under. That said: What version of Groupy 2? What version of Windows? Is Groupy working at all for you? If you group notepad and windows explorer together, and save it, do they open in a group? Adam McGuinness Stardock Customer Support Specialist
Hi krozig87, I could not reproduce your issue. The computer on right and PC1587 are the same PC, however each need to have their own unique HotKey. When I used each, as expected, they went to the correct PC (the left margin of the left-most monitor). If you believe you've set it up correctly and it just isn't working, try deleting them all and recreating them

Hello gt2847c, Please follow these steps to purge/completely-remove your current installation: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1349320730/Start+Menu+purging+and+re-installing Make sure you reboot once removed. Hi scheuerman21, I've just tried this with a fresh install of DeskScapes 10 (Version 10.03) on a similar build of Windows10 Pro. My attempts have all failed to reproduce your issue. One rudimentary step in troubleshooting would first be to verify that your app is running with the latest version. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest from your account's product page. https://store.star
