Some people can't get a clue. I've noticed that one of the people above does the same thing at AnS (ArtnSkins).And even poor mouthing us here at WC. Here's a hint for ya, you cannot use any symbol, banner, icon, logo, image, likeness,of another persons work. This includes the TV show "Charmerd", "Resident Evil", or ANY copywrited material. Some skinners, for what ever reason, do not include or skin all elements within a cursor. Items missing such as text , handwriting, or whatever can be designated or customized in Cursor XP settings by clicking the configure button, missing item, choose configure button toward bottom. Need more info are you downloading from IE, wincust browser, or stardock central? Each has their own set up procedure.
I recently uploaded a suite called Rube Rose. I received approval in an e-mail. Then it never appeared,I e-mailed an admin, he responded that it may have been removed for what ever reason, by another admin. I gave credit to each author of each element. Is that not enough?
