Yeah, well only disable messenger when you aern't really in need of it or using your comp cause in general a lot of things that we do rely on it i believe. Also, like i said earlier and what you people probably ignored, was the best thing would be to reformat and in the future just back up and a lot of stuff, as for dling skins, dude... No offense but couldn't you be a bit more well... realistic? Wiping out your whole sysmetrix atleast once every 8 months is always a good thing, stuffing up junk
Hey, sorry about the sexiness and stuff, i didn't notice the other pages to this and i was talking about the yellow alien ( i got it ) Anyway, some of you guys should create a logon screen/ boot screen for that theme and upload it. Also, the appolo icons in yellow/ black are sweet for the yellow alien theme but in freeware version of iconpackager you can't change the icon colors. If anyone cares to, maybe make a objectdock theme for the yellow alien too, then it'de be awesome. T

Alright, as much as i'de like to agree with you, i'm going to have to disagree. I heard recovery console takes like a day to do. Also, if you think for 1 minute that this guy unforteuntly didn't back anything up, he most likely doesn't have anything that important on his computer, if he does it will be a lesson to him as it has been to most of us atleast once. Now i know im being harsh here, and im sorry but for all we know seeing we don't know this guy in real life he may just not want to have

Oops, i thought this thread was only one page. Anyway i thought i'de bring to your attention the fact that those installation cds you have from dell ( i know ) will be preety useless for doing anything other then reformating i believe. Sony gives cds ( i know cuz i have a sony laptop) that allow you to reformat only the c drive and leave the d drive (well, if you have 2 drives it's useful of course if you put it on the d). But maybe you can do this with the windows ones, i have
I doubt this, but if it's freezing on the logon screen, possibly consider changing the loginui to a different loginui (dangerous) but it may stop the freezing there. Yeah, i don't know what to say but seem's to be your last resort will probably end up being dos.

Not what your asking, but for desktops if your not using desktop x and not using it, i'de suggest for all your icons except stuff like garbage bin, my computer, my documents etc you may as well just create a folder name it icons and put it all in there. You don't want a toolbar, but you could always create a bar on the top so your icons are in the bar, but it's not what you want i guess.
