Toolbar Icons and IE7 in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

It doesn't appear that Toolbar Icons are supported in IE7. Yes? No? My imagination? I don't believe they ever were in FF. They were in IE6, but not in Microsoft's latest browser update. Could the reason be that IE7 is still in beta? Is there a way that I can manually change the icons on the IE7 toolbar? Is Stardock working on updating WB so that the Toolbar icons are replaced when the blind is applied? Questions! Questions! Questions! Somebody please answer her questions!?!

Nope, the pack does not include those icons. Sorry, snez. I'm not even sure if they were supported icons in IP at that time. *edit - I just checked and IP doesn't support those two icons even now. Have you tried looking under misc icons and downloading one of those to apply manually?

My experience has been much like DOCMARS. Unfortunately, my initial opinion of the upgrade was based on using it on IE7 for a couple of days, before trying it on FireFox. On IE7, my user name sits behind animated avatar. Basically, it's all downhill from there. All galleries (mine and everyone else's) list artwork in a single column. Like Chris Th, I do some things lefty, some righty. I write, use a fork, hit a softball with my left hand. I use scissors, play tennis, and play the guitar right handed. I also use my right hand with my mouse. When my youngest son played high school sports, there was a player who pitched in baseball with his left hand, but as a quarterback, threw the football with his right hand. He was definately possessed!

I'm trying the same thing Po' and I got similar results. I can now log onto WC using FF but not IE7. On IE7 I donot see all those declaration skipped or dropped messages. But I cllicked clear any ways and nothing happened. Tried refreshing and still no change but that's on IE7 only.

I've gotten to this thread in a very round about way. I finally logged in using FF, but it's been difficult. I haven't been able to log in for 3 days now. I get the sme page as Po in post 21. I cannot log in under IE7 or Opera. I also had problems this morning with FF but I finally managed to log in. I've tried most of the things that have been sugested on this thread, including deleting all cookies and temp files plus creating a new accoun

Important - I have noticed that IconPackager can be tempermental if you try to load a package and then open package builder to 'edit' the package. In some cases, this results in a corrupt package where some icons get misplaced. I do not know the cause, but I suggest building a new package for any editing, and removing any previous version of the package out of the "C:\Prog

Would you change the name of the pack each time, Koasati? What I've been doing is just "saving," since the pack's already been named, and when it asks if I want to override the previous version, I click "yes." Icon builder seems less able to be able to save the pack as is, as compared to the "icons and cursers" section.
