This is great news. With old skin studio I found it difficult to make skins. This sounds like it will make skinning WindowBlinds somewhat easier and opens the door for even more users to try making WindowBlinds.

The first suggestion considered was one by SK Originals: How about for Skin enthusiest... maybe one that just switchs from site logo/name to the next... might be kinda cool and something I have never seen (first thing to come to mind). have you checked out the MSN ss yet? Yes, after finding a copy at their blog site. It appears the MSN SS is no more, at least for a while. The version they have available is really not stable. and the cpu use is high. The MSN SS is a huge project. It may in the future be finished... maybe they'll name Windows Live Screen Saver.
