My November 2010 desktop is actually a WIP. The Dragon WindowsBlind skin imo, is a Stardock classic. Pictured here is the blind (slightly recolored) and my RogueJimbo Avatar, Both of them were the inspiration behind the Portal Dream WIP pictured as the wall. Deskscapes 3.25 is awesome. Recently Updated KeyShot 2.1 There is a download link and an overview video at the bottom of the page. The video I think, should be helpful. I could never afford this software. Honestly, my brother has the different CAD software. I go to his place to use it (and occasionally mess up a project) Blender Monkey is a classic model...can't use blender without messin' with the monkey.
