there are several add ons which may be causing this...common names, immersion desktop, etc. look in the control panel>'add/remove programs' to see if these things are there. If you already know you're running them, unload them and it will clear up the problems.

Please keep in mind that this transparency is 'faked'. It uses your desktop wallpaper as a background, sort of

JoeTheBlow: Ain't family grand Welcome Akasha2. Doreen: I'm doing a custom database application program for a group of pathologists. I too get to use all sorts of arcane 25 character words. "Multiple representative sections reveal fragmented hypersecretory endometrium, a degenerating hemorrhagic decidua admixed with numerous first trimester chorionic villi. No fetal parts are identified
I taught my kids how to howl at the moon. Don't think the neighbors appreciated that, but the kids had a blast. Then we went in and watched "American Werewolf In London" ("I'm a pepper, he's a pepper, she's a pepper, (something, something) wouldn't you want to be a pepper too?")
/me had a wonderful forest romp last night
winamp3 probably has a whole completely different set of handles (whatever you call them) to control itself. I'm sure that there will be something coming down the pike with which to contorl wa3 eventually.
wiseoldman: I used to live in McLean back in the late 60's. Very close to Falls Church. Small world.

fuzzy: This time I actually did understand feline. It's a miracle!
feline: I *love* your post about the laser. I actually understood every word you wrote. Totally made me laugh. I enjoy laser science. Tried to build a ruby laser once, very small, blew up
I read on irc that the order your icons are in makes a difference. What I mean is...Open an icon file with microangelo or something... you might see several versions of the same icon in the file at differing color depths, sizes etc. Windows will grab the first one that has the right size it needs. So, if the first 32x32 icon is 16 bit, that's which one it will use. (this info is second hand and interpreted by me, so take it with a grain of salt <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smil
You need to have a program called cursorXP...sorry don't know the URL atm
Branish and Silvarado by starone use smart buttons
maybe no one knows how to help you? I don't have the foggiest...although...If the wall is a .jpg file it might not work. Try changing the wall to a .bmp, keep it in the wb skin folder and then apply the skin...see if that works.
Chris: yeah, but deviantart had a hd crash and lost a large number of skins...forever...gone.
fuzzy: there's so much that could be said about your lemon buns , but i'll leave it. I've been lurking for a while. An employment counselor told me I was probably "*overqualified*" for all the jobs I've been getting turned down for (sheesh, that doesn't read right, but I'm sure you know what I mean ) I

if the file ends in .ip or .iptheme, you don't have to rename anything. Just extract it from the main zip file and then double click on it. IP should now have that package in the list
FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#00ff00 tries green
The information I got re this was that there are probably more folks using Skin Browser these days and the spike of traffic from the TechTV show has died off a bit. These plus the fact that some of the sections get hidden for a while during peak period are probably all contributing. /me wonders if it really isn't all the good karma <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&
there is an icon set called "See". It is really sweet. Blue lines, outlined. Author unknown.
