Brian, the developer for SkinBrowser, said that there are some skins (The Official xXx Media Player...) which have huge descriptions. The large description file is killing SkinBrowser. It has been dealt with.
Just so you all know, there was a problem with WindowBlinds 3.31g. Stardock was trying to fix some Unicode problems, but there were lots of problems, including SkinBrowser vanishing mysteriously. When WindowBlinds 3.31h came out to fix the fix, some people were still having problems with SkinBrowser vanishing; some settings getting stuck somewhere in the vast recesses of the registry. A total uninstall, reboot, clean install of SkinBrowser seems to fix the problem. <A HREF="https://ww

Just use the sizing options within OB. It is possible that graphic used for the section you are sizing doesn't quite look right after sizing, but most do OK. If you need to actually resize the graphic itself, most graphics programs will work. Even MSPaint.
Each bar and each section of a bar has a place to change the size. You could experiment a little to find exactly what you are looking for.

I'm using Win2K and IE6. I do see a change in scroll bars. They don't look like the explorer scroll bars, but there is a difference. Chris... It's not because of a .css or anything. My initial home page is the "Blank Page", so I check the bars by just opening IE to that.
