I don't think you're getting cynical, historyishere. I think it's just the way entertainment has become. I wish the media were aggressive regarding lip-synching because maybe there won't be an acceptance of it. However, the music industry has come to rely on image, not the quality of the product. Although I use the blacklisting feature, I like to know it's there if I need it. It's a feature I'm glad you added to the site.
