No, rainlendar skins are not widgets (i.e., they are not stand-alone executable files). You need to copy the folder with the .ini file to your rainlendar "skins" directory. By default, this is "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins" I hope this helps!

There are 15 smileys that are native to wincustomize.com But there are a plethora of avatars/smileys/emoticons out there on the internet that can be used in this forum. You just need to find a host for them. What windowblind are you using right now, and how long has it been since you changed it?
