I have that skin made for Vista and did that with Skin Studio. Looks really nice... But I'm stuck on using Windows 7 now. Got to get used to doing Win7 now If I remeber correctly I did a lot of changes to those images to get it to where it looked good. Good Luck... Oh and since I did not make the skin I can not share my changes. But you can do your own and it can be done.

Thank you Neil for your post. I myself fully understand the beta and the issues that come with using one. My main interest is to help you and the others there at Stardock with such a program testing a beta. By trying to collect data and try work arounds to the problem till the beta can be sorted. Hang in there people everything will all work out here once Neil gets an idea of what has happened. That and I hope those MS Dev's don't mix things up again. Myself I hate going round with Windows Updates and such the like. I'm sure this next week we will see the problems resolved.

Can you install or run any other dvd's on that drive that read correctly? not cd but dvd this is important you find another dvd and see if it will run. If it does then the drive is ok and your disc sounds like it could be damaged. If that is the case you need to try and copy the disc with like IMGBURN to a .iso file and then burn another disc with same program from that image [.iso] provided it will make an .iso image. Let me guess - it is a sony dvd/cd-rom driver? go to start, computer - right click and select manage... then select device manager... click on dvd/cd-rom drives and is the drive listed there? if it is right click the drive and uninstall it. Then right there at the toolbar for the device manager on the rightside of all the rest the icons hover over it and it says scan for hardware changes - click that icon and it will scan and install the drivers again for the drive.
