Well I believe that the reasons Microsoft did not acheive their goal in sales is that Windows Vista is very expensive and one of their mistakes were that you can actually extend the 30 day period of activation to 120 days therefore if you format every four months you can keep a valid copy of Vista and never have to pay for it. cecita Hi..if you are talking about using Theme Manager all you do is click on file, scroll over to save desktop and save it. Hope this helps...

Hello Brad...congratulations on the contest, looks like its going to be really great. One question I wouild like to ask you is the following.... As you may or may not know I do a lot of work with Vista and was actually thinking of teaming up with other people from D.A. who also do a lot of work with Vista and maybe trying to put together a full suite although everything is not in the contest we could still release it here as accessories such as icons, wallpaper, logon, windowblind etc. So my

Just wanted to find out something. As any of you who know me know I like to make Vista skins (windowblinds) of course. I was just wondering if that was acceptable here in the competetion. Vista RC1 has been released to the public and therefore I believe that it is not infringing on anybody's copyright as it is public.SO I would appreciate if someone could reply to my question....thank you very much in advance... and good luck to all !

Hi Tycus...Well I have been thinking about it, thought I might make a Vista skin if thats acceptable here in the contest, not sure. Would be nice to participate one way or another anyways. anyways I am gonna find out if they are gonna accept it, if hot, I will try something else, a windowblind of course....nice seeing ya ....
