Oh yes, Superpsych, people do disappear. I once saw four men standing outside a shack containing construction explosives that was on fire, they were attempting to extinquish it, it blew, they disappeared. Almost 3000 people disappeared on 9/11. But I think the internet gets the most.

I agree with you both. But I think Wal Mart has gotten to big to deal with. All the people that go there look strangely to me like zombies, "must go to Wal Mart". I myself won't go there if there is a local store selling the same thing even close to the same price. I would rather pay a little more for the same item than go to Wal Mart. They run the Mom and Pops out of buisness. The only thing I buy there is gas. We don't have any small Service Stations

Jim, take it from me, I did it. Stick with it. I was 6' 0" 215lbs. The first two weeks, no loss. third, 5lbs. Forth 10lbs. And I cheated. No way I was giving up my beer. Even had some fries about once a week. By the time I got off it I was down to 190. People were asking my wife if I was sick. I'm back up to 195 now. eating what I want but definately not in excess, and its staying off. Good luck man, easiest diet I ever did.

After hearing comments all day about the Half Time Show, I was glad my 10 year old wanted to change the channel to watch some of "Independance Day".
