Funny story... I go for weeks at a time before changing, however I will change everything, take a screenshot, and then change back to before once I've got a new screenshot to upload. The screenshot I loaded last night will be the setup for a long time I must also agree with pictoratus,if I see a skin I like I'll try it to form an opinion, and then keep it in mind for the next time I change.
