Nooo! GM! You need to see a Doc. I hve sprained my ankle and knee before and my doc would tell me Keep it above the heart and ice it down but GM Don't listen to me. Go to your doc please???

I think ObjectBar will do fine on your system. ObjectBar can extend or even replace your start menu but it is not harmful. Give it a try. Litestep is a shell replacement. It is very advanced and in my opinion should be left to the PowerUser/Tweaker guys.

You need WindowBlinds for it to work, but left click on the WBA. file, then go into Display Properties and select the appearance tab and select the file you downloaded .
