Draginol, I read about the court decisions. It seems to me that the court decided that Microsoft abused monopoly powers (which is true) but not that they are a monopoly (which is not). A supplier can have monopoly power without having a monopoly. And the supplier can certainly abuse them. A court decision that a supplier who is not the only supplier for a given good is a monopoly is about as useful as a court decision that Pi is 3.0. Courts
