Hey, for those of you that need a screen capture utility....use the Capture docklett for Object Dock available right here at WC!! There are actually 2 that I know of and they both work great! Ya know considering that "WC is not a democracy. It is actually part of a business,..." Then I would think you would encourage high ratings "to promote a skin..." If you think about it, you loose money when the skins are rated lower than a 6, because "Newbie who has just discovered our environment." I have no problem with that....I understand how it works....I didn't know when my Suites were rejected that it worked that way. I know now...and haven't attempted to upload any Suite file that contained anyone's work since they set me straight. I also agree that I should not be permitted to rate my own skins. Oh, yeah, I am clear about that....the last Suite I uploaded was Lila....the only skins included in the suite file are mine only and not CaveBear's. Her skins are actually part of the suite but are linked ONLY....as instructed.

I've never done anything more than port his skins.....BUT The Suites ARE a collaboration ...beause some of the skins are mine and some are his! Pinchecl and I are working together to create suites of skins to share here at WinCustomize. So, I will refrain from rating the Suites, because they contain my work, but NONE...and I mean NONE of his skins contain my work....I have never created anything orgiona that he has used to make HIS skins....I only port them....

We are working together. Obviously, I make ports of ALL his skins. Just as I make ports of several other author's skins. Does that maen I am partners with any author I port? Should porting a skin stop me from rating it? I've never ever claimed that I made any of the images...Or have I tried to take credit for them. Just a heads up.....collaborative efforts preclude you from rating your partner's works.....it's the equivalent of rating your own, and therefore cheating. Hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me any of the following... How do I convert Mac icons to Windows icons? Is there a utility to do it, and if so where can I get it? Will Icon Developer do it? Also, the file I downloaded from Deviant Art has the extension ".sit", what is that and how do I get into it? The Mac icons I want are supposed to be in there.
