Its interesting because I had a classmate who was born on the 29th of February. I remember going to his birthday when he turned Four! In normal years of course he was... Sixteen I guess. I dont know if he actually considered himself to be his leap year age or if he just joked around about it a lot. I know that sounds funny, but Im really not sure...
