Chafee has actually said that will be writing in the first President Bush for President as he is still eligible for one term.

Let me be candid: I think many left wingers don't "love" America Let me be candid: I think many right wingers don't "love" America. They are more concern with where their car was built that the pollution it's putting forth into our air--the very air that our children--the future of this country--are
I think there is a common occurance of using ethniciity, culture, and race interchangably when they shouldn't be. I believe your ethnicity is based on the perception that you belong to a specific group based on a shared history, language, family, religion, tradition or culture. The key is perception.
sorry, i had an innane comment that I realize had already been addressed...i clearly need more coffee--mondays and i don't agree.
You obviously missed my entire point which was "don't *argue* with a woman, you WON't win" Honestly, that is as offensive as President Bush's comment last night that the women in his family taught him to stand up straight and not to scowl. If you honestly believe the line you are touting about women I
I love McVities Hobnobs and the caramel biscuits hmm...now I am hungry--I LOVE McVities Caramels...they are divine!
just about fell off my chair laughing!
I pulled this down last night because someone told me it might be violating a nondisclosure agreement--I have since been told that it doesn't--so please, any more comments would be most appreciated!
look up the verse, the laugh's worth it. I hate when I get homework assignments on JU--but it was very funny!
When I retired a few years ago I thanked God that my interviewing days were over. I wish! Again, thanks for the advice--I'm working on some edits right now!
Well, if it is an essay for a job position I would think that your background experience related to the job would be more valuable. You obviously have a desire to serve. Why? What educational or work related experience that you've had up until now told you this is where you belong, can be worthwhile I a
Mig--this is hilarious--I think I might steal a few! The worst time the question was posed was when my 7 year old cousin told me I should really settle down cause I'm not getting any younger--think she's brainwashed??
What is the essay for? Usually you tailor an essay to the subject and level. Sort of got to know that to tell you whether it works. The paper says: Use the space below to explain why you want to work for the government overseas
Here's a story on it... Link
This might be a blonde question but what does the Darwin Fish look like?
thanks...good catch!
Below is an essay that I have to turn in for an interview I have on Friday--critics are most welcome--but try not to be too harsh! :) ************************************************************************************************** As a small child, I was best described as tenacious. Each evening as my family sat down to dinner, I declared a mini-war
somebody on another thread said it was his Duracell battery...which I thought was incredibly funny Edwards said that on the Leno show last night.
good luck!
Good to see you MasonM...we miss you around here!
Interesting observations Jill. I've been playing the bumper sticker game on my way into work recently. I work in downtown DC and the 3 mile commute from my apartment takes about 35 minutes--gives me lots of time to check out the other cars around me. I've noticed that cars with Kerry/Edwards don't have one sticker, they've got 2, 3, or even 5. Where as the Bush stickers are usually solo.
BlueDev--were we driving on the same road--I was going to start making citizen arrests yesterday (possession of a deadly weapon) for those idoits that couldn't seem to figure out how to move their vehicle in a responsible fashion.
the yank beat the sox oh, chiprj, I used to like you
My car would probably say I'm a lazy, diet-coke addicted, slob who likes to hide stuff in the trunk rather than clean...luckily my car is unable to speak and can't give out to me--don't worry I've got plenty of friends and family that do (give out to me, not talk--though they do that too!)!
The Egyptian authorities are not the author no, and neither is pseudosoldier--he loosely translated a piece from Al Jazeera. Sorry if you are annoyed by my comment. I just don't like the see the term "anti-semetic" thrown around lightly --it's a serious thing and should be reserved for cases t
