I find speed of access comes and goes. I had an awful time for ages with one ISP, changed over to a new one, packets were routed differently and I had a much improved experience. As to value, some days I think of Wincustomize as being untidy, like a teenagers bedroom that I just wish someone would tidy up and make right, other times it's a treasure trove of hidden delights.
