Wincustomize is what we, the community, make of it. It can be fun and serious, and sad, and hopeful. It can be all those things in the same thread.
It is a living, breathing, entity (that doesn't really live or breathe. I'm being figurative here. . . . but we who add content are . . and that should could for something, right?)
