encourage people to sign up! sign up yourself it's great for finding matches, especially if you want to find someone who's around your relative skill level. Of course this system only works if enough people use it

If you need any help running it, just say the word. I've been looking into setting up a ladder myself, but haven't had the financial breathing room to buy a script.
