You'll have to contact sales@stardock.com and see what non-standard payment methods they can accept. In the past, for Sins, I believe they've taken cashier's checks but you'll have to talk to them to make arrangements.

But if you know someone who can buy it with a credit card or paypal, you could just get them to buy it for you as a gift, and you can hand them back cold hard cash

We'll I sent an e-mail to sales@stardock.com because I also got the other problem of only having euro's. I'm not quite getting the 'stardock order form', but I'm sure the costumer service will help me out.
