Here I submitted it today . My son did it 11/18. I did the background story for him 11/20. I noted that in the submission. You never know. No harm in showing it now.
Argylas' Death Kiss
The Dark Wizard Dias was once a brilliant channeler whose kindness was unmatched, but he was seduced by the beautiful fallen seer named Argylas. Despite her ambition and focused lust for power. Argylas focused on the powers of Necromancy and searched for immortality. The Kingdoms of man deemed her to powerful to continue. Argylas was brought up with charges of heresy and in a compromise with the Fallen factions. She was condemned to death despite Dias' strong rejections. Argylas would not go down quietly and summoned a spell never seen before by man, her Death's Kiss, a powerful spell which called a legion of undead warriors to defend her. Armies and wizards of man rose up and a great battle ensued. Unable to maintain the great strain of sustaining the spell. Argylas was eventually defeated and captured. She was then burned to the stake. Her great library and journals destroyed. Dias heartbroken and torn between duty and devotion resigned. Collecting her ashes and stripped of title banished from the Wizard's council. Dias wandered as a hermit until a fateful day he visited the remains of Argylas' former study. Something called to him. He discovered a secret journal Argylas had carefully hidden.
Inside was Argylas personal diary, He learned his wife was not driven by power or evil, but something much more important. Dias learned crushing revelation of Argylas' pregnancy and her true reasons for the search of immortality, for she was dying of an unknown sickness and wanted to extend her lifespan for the life of the unborn child. He now remembered the clues of her trying to tell her lover of her secret, but his strong work ethic and duty bound personality made him oblivious to his wife's mannerisms.
This drove Dias over the edge and inside were instructions to learning the great spells of controlling the dead. Something was missing, a page from Argylas' journal. Another spell which would render it's user immortal. He finally understood why the council was so afraid. An Immortal with the power to control the dead. The Hermit Dias searched long and hard through tombs, crypts, and any place he could find the ingredients and requirements of learning Deaths' Kiss. The Kingdoms of men soon learned of Dias' quest and soon sent champions, thieves, assassins, anyone who could stop him. Dias' power had grown to great stature and with his enemies almost upon him. He soon learned Argylas' Death Kiss. The first person he revived was his fallen wife, but the grieve stricken tragic lover soon learned that she was nothing but an empty vessel, twisted and in pain. Dias soon realized the spell was a double edge sword. Wizards, Champions, and mercenaries closed in. Dias called upon a Death Dragon, fallen armies, and former champions to defend himself. Dias barely escaped and to this day wanders the world searching for the immortal spell. He also stays hidden in a secret invisible camp site. In time Dias became myth and over the centuries others have sought him out in hopes of learning mankind most powerful spell.-TSS
To gain Argylas' Death Kiss. You must be given the task to do so. One of your champions needs to have Lore with mana. He then must search through quest requirements to find 4 pieces of the great spell. Argylas' journal, Argylas' Ashes, Book of the Dead, and find Dias' Liar.
Once at Dias' Lair, he must defeat Dias to learn Argylas' Death Kiss. Ending the two fallen tragic figures. The results, Once learned the caster can summon 4 different types of soldiers depending of the mana cost. Each assessable by either learning them in their spell book or reaching a certain level. The first is a death soldier. These can actually be fallen soldiers of your own unit or another faction, stage two a former fallen champion with the last of their skill level attributes intact, the cost to that champion is more severe if their level was higher including a former leader, three, a bone dragon, a powerful ally and finally four, Argylas herself. A powerful unstoppable wizard with some dark spells you can created. You can also add or take away certain soldier types.
My suggestion is simply that a suggestion. You can take it where ever you like including a possible campaign, or story plot. Argylas and Dias can be playable champions. All up to you. You have plenty of options as to extent and power of controlling the dead and a simple programming solution in codes to extract contents already met done in the game. You also can expand from the spell to include an immortal spell, or other dark spells. It is a game changing spell, but not unbeatable. It has tactical and strategic possibilities.
Hope you enjoyed my submission thank you.
