WindowBlinds in Default Theme having issues with colors

When I use the mouse to select things, its highlighted in green not blue

When I use the mouse to select things, its highlighted in green not blue. However, if I Ctrl-Alt-Del and return its back to blue. Is there a way without installing a new operating system to get this to stop. Because everything is green, sometimes my taskbar turns green on start up, the text, its weird.

I think we would need a screenshot of the issue, especially with the taskbar thing.

When WindowBlinds is set to Default theme that means it is not doing anything. It is basically the off switch.

Ok well the taskbar only does it like once every 10 reboots. Here is what its doing and when I do Control Alt Delete it goes back.

This is when I boot up to Windows. Everything is Green.

So any ideas on to why this is happening? Also, while we're on the WB8 subject. Are they any good new tutorials for the new skinstudio?

I figured it out. It was the default personalization theme in Windows. I changed to another theme and its back to normal. Including the green taskbar effect. I haven't seen it in a few days.
